Shipping is charged at a flat rate regardless of the quantity or weight of the item(s) ordered.

Delivery times will differ depending on your delivery location. Please note the delivery times are calculated on business days (generally Monday – Friday, except holidays).

How long will it take me to receive my order?

We use every endeavour to ensure that your order from Sydney Dance Company is delivered to you in 5 working days from dispatch, to addresses in Australia.

Can I Track My Order?

Yes. Our carrier partners utilise the most up to date tracking technologies for your order. Once we despatch your order, we will provide you with full tracking details of your parcel and how to track it.

What happens if I am not home to receive my parcel?

If you are not home to accept delivery of your order, the Courier or Australia Post will leave a card to organise a re delivery or advise further instructions for collection. We cannot organise a re-delivery of this parcel. You will need to contact the appropriate courier to arrange this delivery.

Can I Change My Delivery Address?

No. Once you place your order, we automatically assign it to a freight company so communication updates from us are not possible. Our freight companies can accommodate changes once we have despatched the order. Details on how to action this are contained in your shipping email.

Can I Have My Order Delivered To A Different Address From My Billing Address?

Yes. Simply add an additional address during checkout.

Can I Pick Up My Order?

We do not offer a collection service from our warehouse. Most post offices offer a “parcel collect facility” during business hours and/or operate parcel lockers. More information can be found at


All orders are fully insured and we will resend any order that is lost or damaged, free of charge. If your parcel is not delivered to you within 20 business days you can contact us at to lodge an investigation.

Do You Ship Overseas?

Yes, we do. During checkout, select your country for delivery. With your selected item, you can calculate the shipping for that item based on where in the world you are. By ordering online, we can have your desired products shipped to you anywhere in the world.

What Customs Charges Do I Need To Pay?

All of our delivery charges are calculated during the order process. Therefore you will be responsible for any local duties payable on the receipt of your order should they be levied by the country of importation. Every legal effort is made by Sydney Dance Company to minimize the likelihood of local Taxes and Duties being imposed. However we cannot guarantee that taxes will not be levied and in the event of this happening they are the responsibility of the purchaser. Items delivered via International Courier are more likely to have Custom and VAT, GST or local taxes and charges levied by the importing country. Sydney Dance Company will not accept any returns due to an objection with the custom charges.
